My trip to Portugal was truly unforgettable. From the moment I landed in Lisbon and walked the cobblestone streets of the old town, I was captivated by the country's history and charm. I spent hours exploring the historic neighborhoods of Alfama and Baixa, admiring the stunning architecture and vibrant street art. The warm hospitality of the locals made me feel right at home, and I enjoyed trying traditional dishes like bacalhau and pastel de nata.

One of the highlights of my trip was visiting the beautiful city of Porto and cruising down the Douro River to see the famous port wine cellars. The stunning views of the vineyards and terraced hillsides were simply breathtaking. I also had the opportunity to relax on the picturesque beaches of the Algarve region, soaking up the sun and enjoying the fresh seafood. My best experience with Portuguese dishes was during a trip to Lisbon, where I had the opportunity to try traditional Bacalhau à Brás. This dish consisted of flakes of salted cod mixed with onions, potatoes, and scrambled eggs, creating a unique and delicious flavor combination. The dish was served with a side of olives and a glass of Vinho Verde, a crisp and refreshing white wine from the region. The flavors of the dish were unlike anything I had ever tasted before, and it left me eager to explore more of Portugal's rich culinary traditions. This experience sparked a love for Portuguese cuisine that I still cherish to this day.
