On October 6, my girlfriend and I flew from Istanbul to Tel Aviv, Israel, after our Long Beach Yacht tour organized by AMT travel. Betty Morgan, the owner of AMT travel, knew about our Israel plans. On Saturday, October 7, during a Jewish Holiday, Israel was attacked by Hamas, and war was declared. With cities filled with travelers trying to get home, Betty, even from Jordan, sent a concerned text. On Sunday, we got an email from Carole, her airline expert, who found us seats on the only airline still flying, El Al, for Monday afternoon. American Express who we did our flights with later confirmed the cancellation of our original flight. Despite spending 14 hours and seeking refuge in an airport bomb shelter, we made it to Athens, allowing us to catch our scheduled Wednesday flight home. Betty and Carole's assistance was invaluable. The Most Amazing Trip to Greece

It was amazing! Runa and I kept saying at every stop, “We love you Betty Morgan!” The accommodations were all in great locations and were all beautiful. We had great tour guides. The transitions from plane to hotel, hotel to ferry and ferry to hotels were well planned. We had one hiccup in Mykonos when we were taken to the wrong hotel from the ferry but it was quickly remedied after contacting Anthia. The order of visits starting in Athens (sightseeing, walking the city, restaurants) then Mykonos (pool relaxation, beach club, sunset cruise, restaurants) and ending in Santorini (wine, sightseeing, food) was perfect for us. Each location had it’s own appeal. I’m truly grateful for all your hard work organizing an amazing trip for us. It was the honeymoon we needed 14 years later. Now my wife has other trips in mind that she wants to organize with you. Like it or not, you have won our trust! I hope we talk soon to start working on the next vacation.

Our African Safari

We want you to know how much we enjoyed everything and appreciative of your guidance. The whole trip was spectacular. A&K was incredible- the Zambia and Botswana accommodations and service were great and the experience with our guides was just phenomenal. We saw everything possible to see and did it with great style. Thank you for suggesting that trip- it couldn’t have been better. We also really enjoyed our time in South Africa at Zulu Nyala. While not as high as A&K, the accommodations were lovely and our guide there was extraordinary. We were happy to have the contrast between the 2 locations as the countries and the game viewing are uniquely different. It was a wonderful time! We are sharing our adventure and I am steering friends your way. Thank you again for your help and we will be in touch about future travel. We were far more prepared because of your suggestions about clothes, travel, etc than our fellow companions!

Betty is the BEST Travel Consultant ever!

Magnificent Australia
